Approach

Formats

Consulting
For us, the first step in consulting is listening. What is the task facing the organization, the team, the department? What solution strategies have already been tried? Last but not least: What is the question you need an answer to? We clarify this together with you and thus create the basis for developing constructive solutions.
Coaching
We offer both person-related and occasion-related coaching for people who want to actively deal with their professional biography, current professional situation as well as challenging issues and their goals. Along the lines of what you really want, we are your discussion partner in reflecting and finding solutions until you are confident in your actions. Our coaching approach is guided by the core competencies and ethical standards of the ICF.

Learning expedition
Learning expeditions aim to seek out and explore fields within or outside the organization where new models and approaches are already being tested. Participants reflect on what they have experienced against the backdrop of their own corporate culture and develop initiatives for tackling future tasks that actually accomplish the transfer.
Workshop
From Deep Dive, the intensive exchange in a small group outside the company, to large organizational units: This is the spectrum of our workshops. The goal is to create a spirit of optimism, define common goals and set out on the path to implementation. Our clear facilitation and process design ensures concrete results.
